Refunds

Short version: if the game did not work for you, we will sort it out. We would rather you came back than went away annoyed.

Last updated 19 October 2026

You have not started yet

Full refund, no questions, any reason, any time within your 30-day window. Just ask.

You started and the game let you down

A stop you could not reach, a building closed when it should not have been, construction in the way, an answer that would not accept — full refund.

That is our problem, not yours, and we would like to know about it so the next person does not hit it.

Rain, or somewhere closed on the day

Your link already lasts 30 days, which is usually long enough to come back on a better day. If it is not, tell us and we will extend it.

We would rather give you more time than your money back, but if coming back is not possible for you, say so and we will refund you.

You played it and it was not for you

Get in touch and tell us what did not land. We read every one of these and they change the games.

Booked through Viator

Viator took the payment, so Viator handles the refund under its own cancellation policy. Start there rather than with us.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Text 215-510-6383 or email support@escapethepark.com. Tell us which park and roughly when you bought it; that is enough to find you.

We answer within two business days. Once a refund is approved it goes back to the card you paid with, and it usually appears on your statement within a week or two.
